We do carry a $1,000,000 (One Million Dollar) wrongful repossession insurance policy which is standard for protection of all that are involved in the collateral recovery process.

Our insurance policy is available to us through North Pointe, an A- rated insurance company and is among the best in the industry. Our insurance policy is written specifically for the repossession and recovery business. Unlike most towing and garage keeper's policies, repossession insurance provides additional coverage for drive-away repossessions, wrongful repossession and personal property.

We will gladly request a certificate of insurance to be sent directly to you by our insurance agency.

In an attempt to avoid insurance fraud, remember to always get proof of insurance directly from the insurance agency and not from the repossession company itself. If you have any questions or concerns about any repossession company's coverage, call the insurance agency yourself to verify coverage.
